I got a call from the company on 18th june 2019, a lady named keni roy called me and told me about the form filling work that you'll get 10 days to fill 1500 forms and you'll get rs. 20 for each form only if you maintain 90% accuracy. I accepted it and then she told me to download an application and told me to open the 3rd link and put my signature on it. I asked her many times whether there is any security deposit to be paid and whether you'll charge me afterwards but she told me that no you will not have to pay anything. I took the work and started working on it i completed around 1200 forms and then the server error happened and i was not able to fill forms after that. And some of the forms were not given with complete information. After some days on 2nd july i received a legal intimation on whatsapp that i'll have to pay 4500 or else a legal action will be taken against me. I was given a very limited time to pay the same as you can see in the pictures. The lawyer kept calling me saying that if i don't pay that amount on time instead of 4500 i'll have to pay a huge amount. So to avoid any further problems or any sort of legal action i went ahead and paid the 4500 on time. Then another lawyer called me on 4th july 2019 and told me that 2500 was due on my part and the case was still not closed. I even paid that amount on time under the threat of legal action. And he assured me that he'll talk to the company and provide me some extension so that i can complete my previous work. He told me to call him the next day for the same. I called him around 1:52 pm on 5th july 2019 for the extension but instead he told me that to keep on working i'll have to pay a security amount of rs. 12500 by 3:00pm and only after that he'll give me work and the amount will get refunded. Or else they'll have to terminate my agreement and i'll have to pay rs13900 for the termination of agreement. I paid rs. 12500 thinking they will refund me the same. But after this payment was made i got a call saying that your case is not closed and you'll have to pay rs. 32000 as court clearance charges and even come to aurangabad for my signatures on the documents. And if i don't pay for the same i'll have to face legal actions. Please help me out they are committing fraud and taking money by threatening for legal action. I want my money back and no legal action against me.
