Sub: Complaint Against STM Corceptive Soft Solution
1. We were looking out for Part time job. It was just then we found this company (STM – Corceptive Soft Solution) in Quickr and we applied for job.
2. We received a call from Rahyl ([protected]/[protected]) of STM – Corceptive Soft Solution. They gave us job contract on 19/06/2019, and asked us to submit it by 29/06/2019. It is a data entry job wherein we have to complete 1500 applications in 10 days and they promised to pay Rs. 20 per application that is Rs. 30, 000 INR for 1500 applications. They asked us to send the address proof and a selfie. So we sent Aadhar card scanned copy (Hari Hara Sudhan) and one selfie. There should be 90.00% accuracy and if we don’t achieve that accuracy we will not be paid the amount and Rs.4500 we have to pay as registration fees.
3. As soon as we completed the work on 29/06/2019, we have sent the report to helpline.[protected]@gmail.com mail ID and we didn’t receive any response from STM Company for two days. Later 06-July-2019 we called Rahyl that company employee and spoke to him. He said that we will receive the report in the website (helpline.[protected]@gmail.com) through which we submitted the application report. We checked that and found it was having an error of 200 plus pages. And then we called him and enquired about it and we didn’t receive and information for the same. Later on that number got switched off/not reachable/out of service.
4. Then we sent mail and messages to those mail IDs and number on 06/07/2019. Then too we didn’t receive any response.
5. After 3 months, on 18/10/2019 we received message and mail from Rajiv Singh an Advocate Associate ([protected]/[protected]) ([protected]@gmail.com) from Aurangabad Maharashtra stating that we have to pay Rs. 31, 500 INR to STM company as a penalty and Adv have implemented us under section 73, section 74 and section 75. When we called that advocate he said that he will talk to us on Saturday (19/10/2019).
6. On Saturday Adv Rajiv Singh called us and told us that we have to pay R. 31, 500 INR within 3.30pm the same day, if not legal action will be taken against us.
7. We spoke to Adv in a genuine way and he was so harsh and was not ready to listen to us and he said that if we have any Query we can talk to the manager of that company or the Owner of that company and he will make conference call with them. We agreed to it and asked him to make conference call to them. Rajiv Advocate did conference call with the Manager first and then we spoke to that manager stating that your company has not made any follow-up with us and suddenly you called us asking to pay Rs 31, 500 INR and so that manager reduced the amount to Rs. 20, 500 INR. After that the manager disconnected the call and Rajiv Advocate spoke to us. We asked him to give managers number but Adv refused to give and asked us to pay the amount by 3.30pm the same day. We were continuously receiving calls from him till 3.00 pm and then he extended the time till 5.00 pm to pay the amount and he has provided the Current account details too through which we have to pay.

8. Then we called Rahyl ([protected]/[protected]) on the number which he called for project, but the person who received the call was Rohit Gupta from Rex Enterprise Add: 24-B AAgam Avenue, Muktanand Marg, Vapi, Gujarat.
9. So we again called Rajiv Advocate on 19-Oct-2019and told him to give us managers number, he still refused and asked us to pay amount immediately and threatened us to pay the amount if not he will send my Husband (Hari Hara Sudhan Achari)to jail. By 4.30 he said that he will send legal notice to our Home Address Mumbai of Rs. 1, 50, 000 INR which we have to pay in Aurangabad Maharashtra court. And he will proceed with the legal action.
10. After he disconnected the call, we received another call ([protected]) (No name mentioned) in 10 mins stating that they require to check for the address to send notice.
11. After that we didn’t receive any calls from them.
