My father explored the website https://stonewatch.in/. He was tempted to order speakers of JBL. However, on receiving the order the products were found to be knockoffs of actual JBL product. The products are replica in terms of shape. The buttons are stickers. They basically sold electronic bricks.
Sold knockoff products of JBL worth Rs. 5779/- priced at almost 80% discount. Don't have any return policy for the products on sale. Don't reply to emails and contact number listed on the website. No way of getting my complaint resolved or for the return of products for the due refund.
