We ordered samsung smart watch from storejuta site on 11 march 2019 but received a fake and different watch. Also they are not responding to our complaint. Please do needful. We want refund. They are neither picking our phone nor giving answer to our email. Our invoice number is 3965. We received the product on 13 march 2019. We payed 1990rupees.
