The product that I ordered is completely different than the description and the picture. This is a very clear case of misleading and fraud if you do not agree for a refund. Below are the pictures of the product displayed on your website and the product that I received. Also the size is to big to be a 35. The product looks so cheap and tacky and also it's description says it's beige but the product that I received is plane white with no sign of resemblance. This is highly disappointing! I had ordered these lovely looking shoes on your website on the 23rd of January and after waiting for almost 2 months this is what I get! I understand you are here to earn money but what you are doing here is completely unethical. Please revert to this message ASAP.

It's been 7 days since the product was picked up from my place. I need the details as to how will the refund process work. I at least expect a response from the company. I've already had enough inconvenience from your end. Anymore of it and I won't be able to help but register a complaint against your company to the consumer services.
