#1367862- On 17 Feb, 2017 I placed my order. On 22 Feb I received it but the size was very weird an unexpected so I sent for an exchange of order. The product was on COD. When they needed the money the product was delivered on time. After getting the money and taking the exchange product was picked up from my place on 27 Feb. Very fast action taken till this phase . But after that till today i.e. 26 march almost a month I have not received any response. Every time I send them a complaint mail they send me auto mailers telling it is on priority dispatch. They are harassing customers. Mentally torturing and disgusting service. Either refund me my money or else I won't step back in filing a case in the court and shutting down the fraud game that they are playing with innocent customers. Quality of the product is almost disgusting . I feel blessed that I did not share my bank details with such frauds.
