This was the email I got on Feb 25. It has been more than 10 days. Neither my money is back nor my product.
Can someone help me with this. I am so so so pissed off. And yeah the customer contact does not work.
SO here's the deal. I ordered a dress which was defective and i returned it for a bigger size. I realized it later that there was a button missing in the original product and i had mailed the same to the customer care. For which I had received the email that the request has been raised. I need my money back or the product delivered ASAP.
