Hi, I have raised so many queries/complaints on your website streetstylestore.com for updating the shoe size I have ordered, but there's no response at all for any of them. I have received the partial parcel that too very late (after around 3 weeks from the date of order), I will have to again send it back for the correct size. But this is so disappointing that I neither received any response of my complaints over email or on call

Can I expect some quick closure please

When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2 to 4 working days.

Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.
