i had ordered a spliced hoodie on 21st of february and you see it has already been past a month but the order hasnt been delivered only and on top it was a prepaid order.I try calling the customer care number but it either comes busy or they dont respond.what am i to do, i have been sending regular emails even .please see to this matter and if they cannot send the product to me then id be grateful if they refund my money, sum of rupees 499.These days my order shows some details like RTO, meaning to say return to origin.

The refund amount worth Rs 499 has been refunded from our end however, the concerned bank may require some time for the entire process to be accomplished which varies from 3-4 working days depending on the card issuing bank.
