I ordered a pair of shoes (Order No: 1391945) on 19th march 2017. Product got delivered around 23 march. what i ordered it was not the same shoes. The product was not well described, that's why I got wrong product. I tried to contact them they said they will replace ... they didn't take the product back and they are neither refunding money. I want my refund as soon as possible.

When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2- 4 working days.

Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.

With which product i'll replace it. I am simply saying the product was not same which was described well. I don't like the product what you have sent. Please receive your product and give my refund.
