I would like to draw your kind attention happen on 12 /03/17. I was in payment section to pay rs 999 (3 tops). Money deducted from my account as i get e -cash reciept on my mobile but the transaction was unsuccessful. I did pay 2nd time and rs 999 online shopping was successful as the pdf generated and showed in my online SSS shopping account. But my earlier deduction of rs 999 has not been return yet. Kindly, proceed to pay back the amount.

The refund amount worth Rs 999 has been refunded from our end however, the concerned bank may require some time for the entire process to be accomplished which varies from 3-4 working days depending on the card issuing bank.
