We have a purchased a 3+1+1 sofa set from style spa gajuwaka branch, ap in the year 2012. It got damaged and given for repair to the person suggested by the respective branch on 11/09/2017. He committed to give back the sofa on 21/09/2017. But still we have not received the sofa. Daily i am calling to the person to hear a new story from that fellow. By the way he is treating me as if he is doing the job for free of cost. If this is the way we will not come to style spa in my life time and i am going to suggest all my friends, relatives and colleagues not to by any furniture from style spa. Now this upto you whether to take any corrective action or not.

Dear sir
I had purchased a Bed with other things also from style spa in the year 2005 Nov.
I was told that there will lifetime warranty of the furniture against Termite and breakage.
Yesterday My bed get cracked from centre followed by breakage.
Kindly replace the broken part.

I have purchase 1+1+3 on date 10/7/16 through Indian furniture product ltd, Bilaspur. With in 2 months this sofa has been damaged i.e broken in two parts . I have not getting any response from company even szveral phone call .
