I Top up Rs-65/- for 28 days bsnl to bsnl 12 paisa per minute of mobile no-[protected] 0n 30.10.2014 throgh ege mobile recharge counter at howrah and he show me recharge is sucsesfully but no any message from bsnl nor any facility above the scheme further Iodge docket no. 1J30311803 but without reddresal the docket is closed, further i docketed number 1J30202476 but yet now no response from BSNL side and BSNL to BSNL calls charges 60 paise per minute instead of 12p per minute. No response from customer care service also I messaged 51503 rating 1 as dissatisfied and they enquire why I am dissatisfied, I detailed matter inform through SMS number 51503 but not yet any response from BSNL but BV-WELCOME always send message "Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited welcomes you. Have a pleasant stay here". I think some staff or officer bound to suppress the matter somehow. I have another BSNL no. [protected].
