Unable to withdraw pf amount

Dear sir,

Since last 01.10.2014 i became an permanent employee of subtleweigh electric (I) pvt. Ltd. And my pf amount had been started deducting. But still now, almost after 1.5 years i haven't got my uan number and moreover i am unable to claim my pf amount also as i need to withdraw it.

I left the employer on 31.03.2016 and my previous employer is not taking any initiatives to process it or to cooperate further...
