I feel extremely bad to complain, but i have to put this down somewhere, because i have been such a regular customer and to get such bad service in a row and the attitude of the staff so bad, i had previously received such service on 4 occasions and thought it is a one time mistake, but this is becoming bad to worst, i order for 4 subs today and the guy took the order on the phone and said i would come and pick up the order, after i reach the place the guy tells me i do not have the bread you have asked for, i asked him why he did not inform before and the answer was, i do not know i just came in to work and it would take at least an hour for the bread to be ready, i told him i will make a complain, on hearing this one of the officer who had come to check the food temperature, called up another store and ordered the food with them and asked him to pick up the food and deliver it to me, this was at 12.30, the officer was so kind, i think he said his name is krishnan, i really appreciate his gesture. But the time i got the food it was 2.30pm because i am sure it would not have taken so much time, i work in the same industry and definetly know what would have happened, i would appreciate if some thing could be dome in that store and changes can be made, so that it does not effect others, which i forgot to mention the same time there was another lady in the store who was upset as there was no garlic bread which she had asked for.
