I have canceled 3 tickets (29557, 29430, 29429) these are the complain ids and ticket ids are - l[protected], l[protected], l[protected]. But i have note received payment. I tried to call the helpline [protected], but the person was rude to disconnect the phone 10 times then switced it off? What is going on? If you guys cant work properly then to move to private. Will i at all get my money back? Moreover on 9th dec i booked 2 tickets and 3 times my card amount was deducted by the site. I mean to say the money was deducted for one transaction nd ticket did not come. Why? Will you at all resolve my problem? Was this information helpful? |
