There is no response from their Customer Help Desk, no response to my Email Complaints or given mobile number even after 14 days. It is obvious that you are a cheat, just not bothered about the genuine Customer Feedback. Prior to that a Paithani Saree -Code No. JK79 turned out to be fake, duplicate. Unfortunately, I could not return in time. The payment of Rs. 5, 996/- (URN[protected] was made by IMPS to the credit of your current account No. [protected] with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, Vanthali Road Branch, Junagadh, Gujarat IFSC - KKBK0003014 on 2nd February 2022. Neither the sarees have been delivered till date nor has the money been refunded by IMPS as per my bank account confirmation as of today evening. This is absolutely unprofessional and smells rat. I am surprised to observe that the login report of my account with your company says that 'The payment is voided'. I don't understand what it means? If you had any genuine concerns you would have called me back in the past 15 days. Expectancy:- The consumer is looking for placed both order delivery or else refund the paid amount for 1st order number.
