I have a doubt whether sulabh international is realy keeping toilets clean and hygienic.
Today midnight when i use toilet at kolhapur st stand it was not clean inside and outside of the toilet. Wash basin appears to be not cleaned for months together. Inside the toilet garbage was lying.
