[Resolved]  Sulekha.com — Misselling and Fraud

I purchased a package from Sulekha for online leads. After one month of package activation, still no leads were provided.

Now, when I approached them for refund of my money, they have informed me of cancelation charges of 20%.

Sulekha has not been able to provide leads and in that scenario, why should I suffer.

Also, I was informed that I will receive the leads as per package however no leads have been assigned after one and half month also.

No such cancelation charges were Informed to me also at the time of booking. EXECUTIVE named Sanchit booked my package and after taking the payment, he has stopped receiving my calls and also does not respond to my messages.

It is a clear case of misselling and harassment.

I want the complete amount to be refunded and also, strict action should be taken against Mr Sanchit.
