A person who claims himself to be nipun patel is a fraud. His email id is npaug029 on gmail. He does not have any property anywhere. He says the he own a house at 250 santa fe terrace sunnyvale. He be fools people telling a story that his father is sick. He can not meet in person. And he will ship keys to apartment. And once you transfer money he does not respond.
