I am resident of shubhaangan society at raipura, kota, rajasthan. Society of 150 houses developed by sumanglam buildmart and i book one villa in 2014. I was handed over the villa in 2017 with few pending issues which he promised to resolve. I started living in 2018 and came to know that it is very poor quality construction with following issues.
1. Repeated cracks on walls
2. Many broken and uneven tiles
3. Poor finishing.
4. Poor quality bathrooms.
5. Leakage & seepage during rainy season
6. Asymitrical construction
