Hi team,
I just received this order and i am extremely unhappy with this product. I would like to return this product and would like to get a refund for the amount of inr. 2499.00.
Below is my feedback and reason for returning the product along with the attached images for reference.
The first thing i notice is the portion where the usb output is placed. The usb point is midway below the allocated slot making it difficult to even plug in the usb chord.
The product claims to work for 8 hrs in 1 fill. However, after 2 mins of the fill the water starts to leak from the bottom of this item.
The button for the fan is almost inside making it difficult to access and further push it down.
There is virtually no breeze even at the top speed unless i am keeping at a distance of 3"- 4" from my face.
The water leakage has spoilt the entire area.
Not value for money
Please look into this asap and kindly process the return and refund.
