If you do not work according to the policy, then why will the company pay you? The company pays the right work and not the wrong work.You did not tell the people how much of your mistakes is in each page. The company is not sitting in front of you to pay without work.It would be better for you to write all this here that you focus on your work.

We are not doing scams with peoples if we are saying you that you have to be complete your work according to the policy and you are not completing your work according policy, is not our fault and after that you blaming the company. it does not suits you. You are saying that there is no mistakes in your project. If you want I can attach your report here. So that people can see that there who is wrong. You or we.
