1) We bought this on the insistence of Super collection, Crawford market, Mumbai otherwise we never go for companies who have franchises or 3rd party service centers.
2) Knob broke off after using it for 1.5 years(pls note my wife is a cleanliness freak and likeS to take care and maintain kitchen appliances)...so it was not a problem since we have a warranty of 5 years.
3) We contacted the shop owner from whom we took the stove...their no was not in service...no problem then we contacted the service no on the back of the bill again it was not in service...no problem we took the no from the website of sunblaze and contacted the service center [protected] which apparently does not work on Sundays bcoz probably the company is closed...no problem...we tried again on Monday.
4) After repeated attempts and many calls finally we got connected to the no, we spoke to the advisor who said he would send the service guy in 3-4 days which we agreed but after 15 days no one showed up.
5) we again complained and again we were committed 3-4 days again we agreed and then again no one showed up...this happened 3-4 times...which took almost 6 months and still no one showed up...finally after bashing them and yelling they organized a call back from a service center named Shreyas sales of which the image is uploaded above who then again committed that he will come on Monday dated 5 May 2022 which was a Thursday...again no one showed up...again we called and again he committed 3-4 times that he would come or send someone and by this June 2022 also passed of which the image is attached above.
6) After bashing on the call center they arranged a call from Viplav Kumar Jaiswal [protected] located in Ambernath, who was not just rude but also argued that the service center is not accountable to come for only a 100rs knob.
7) on asking why your service center has a laid down attitude towards customers, he replied we just work as per payment...we don't come for rs 100 knob even we want to earn...I asked him what if bcoz of the knob there is a fire or something so he replied that's not our problem.
8) I told him that I will do an NC and approach consumer court and complaint...he said it doesn't matter to us, do whatever you want to do...and was rude and was argumentative and asked me to say whether you want me to send someone or not and hung up the call which I recorded.
P.S - there were 3-4 instances where my mother accidentally switched on the knob and forgot to switch it off since the knob is not there so we cant come to know whether gas is on or not...so 3-4 times there was a panic at home since the whole kitchen smelled of gas...but these bastards don't value life and their responsibilities..they just want money.
If there is fire or a blast who will be responsible??
THE PRODUCT IS IN 5 YEARS WARRANTY.
