It is to inform you that suncity developes’ owner mr santraj chandila has not been given a registry of plot after full and final payment on dated 12/02/2013, many times communicate but no reply from chandila related to registry. They are doing false commitment again & again from last 5 years. The suncity developer old address shop no 41, basilwa colony, 1st floor, opp. Sector-29, bay pass road, faridabad, contact no [protected]/[protected] has shifted shop no 47, sector 31, 32, spring field market faridabad. I had booked a plot no 117, 50 sqr @ 3700 at chirashi goan, district faridabad in haryana. I have paid full amount rs-185000/-. I want a money back or registry as early as possible.
I want to put a police complaint against suncity developers & sue them in court & still there is no news of registry or refund.
I disappointed against the suncity developer. My only hope now is you please take action against them so i can get refund back or registry.
