I would like to bring to your knowledge that i have purchased one godrej fridge model edge 240 pds 5.2 s. No. [protected] through om sree ganesh electronics, 135/1, medavakkam main road, puzuthivakkam, madipakkam, chennai - 600 091 on 01/10/2016. From the day one onwards it started giving problem and the service person come and do the service this is the regular practice and after the warranty, i have entered into the amc with the godrej vide challan no. 195839 dt. 27/07/2017. Based on the advice given by the service engineers, i have changed the stabilizer provided by the godrej service department and one auto defroster device. After adding this also the problem is not solved i am keep on facing the same issue. For the new fridge as per my knowledge, nearly 5-6 times they have filled the gas and one time they have replaced the compressor. I am sorry to ask you what is more in this fridge other than this the only left out is thermo starter. I don’t know what to say and again three days back i got ice forming issue in the defroster case and called the technician and again they suggested to fill the gas again. I don’t know what to do. I have taken a wrong decision of purchasing the godrej fridge. I never had such a nonsense experience in my life time. So my humble request is the change the defective fridge by providing another fresh piece or else i will file a suit against the company in the consumer court. I am really frustrated on the worst product.
