Due to storm water drainage channel works all incoming metro water supply PVC pipe is broken and sewage water is mixing with metro water. Due to this supply line was disconnected from August 2013 for MGR street KaveriRangan nagar Saligramam Chennai-93 and we were told that new Cast Iron pipeline is coming . So far this line is not installed. Due to failure of rains bore well water level and quality is going down. We are desperate. Metro water officials are not doing anything to rectify the situation.
