Sunheart Tiles — Defective Floor tiles delieverd and no replacement from sunheart tiles

I have bought tiles for my home in the month of April 2014 from your Mhow(Indore) dealer subhash patidar product FUMA WHITE Quantity 95 Box i.e 3900 Sqft. While buying the tiles we have been told by the dealer that its a digital tile and a best in quality but just in 2 months tiles has started loosing its shine and whiteness, now the situation is all the tiles of my home is converted into black colour and while walking on the floor it feels like we are walking on rough road or dusty floor, people visiting my floor ask me "flooring nhi karai kya/tiles nhi lagwaye kya" by the statement you can think how bad is the situation of tiles We have visited sunheart indore showroom so many times and asked Mr. Amit Goswami to take action on our matter since 5-6 months and telling Mr subhash patidar to help us but both the person are saying we have forwarded your application to Ahmadabad office and it will take 1 day or 2 day in hearing, since last 5-6 months i m hearing the same statement I request if you want to save yourself from being trapped by sunheart please don't buy their tiles otherwise after installation it becomes very difficult to remove the fixed tiles even i am in a difficult situation that how i am gonna fix this issue and let me tell you "Ghar ek barr banta hai aur kafi mehnat lagti agar aap chahte hai ki aap mehnat waste na ho toh please dont buy their tiles"
