Sunil Singh — connection issue date 22.07.2014 light bill not issue till date

My book no is 520715 receipt issue date is 08/07/2014.My problem is i am not getting bill receipt and unable to my bill in proper way.Dear sir if i will not get my bill as soon as possible then it will be very difficult for me to pay the bill because of big amount.I humbly request you please issue my bill as soon as possible.
