[Resolved]  Sunstone Eduversity — I am comlaining about refund of my college registration fees - Refunding of registrationfees

I am student suffering from some bad health issues currently I am taking treatment and it will be continue till 5, 6 months and I also suffer from financial and family issues, and in the middle of this a sunstone counsellor contacted me for admission in PGDM (PIMS Bangalore), I was not ready for the admission because I did not contacted with my parents for the admission but sunstone counsellor forced me to register a seat in PATEL INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES BANGALORE (PIMS) as only one seat is left and she told me that the fee is refundable so if my parents will not be ready she(sunstone councilor) will refund my seat registration fee which was 10, 000. I thought I will take admission there but because of my bad health condition and some financial and family issues my parents were not ready to send me in PIMS Bangalore which is too far from my place KANPUR . Because of these reason I decided to drop the admission and I told to my councilor Ruchi mam to cancel my admission and refund my seat registration fee but she refused to give refund and started convincing me to take admission in PIMS which is not possible at all because of my bad health condition, financial issues and other problems I heartly requested you to overlook into this matter and refund my registration fees. I register myself on 18 November 2022 and ask them cancel admission on 24 November 2022. Classes were already started when they contacted me for the admission, I also told them that I have not given any entrance exam like cat, mat, xat but they still ready to select me on provisional admission I did not understand their policies. overall, according to the reasons I have given I did not take admission in PIMS. So please I heartly requested to you refund my registration fees.
