30 % paid for flat in 2012, checked for project in mid 2013, told by builder starting in 6 months with necessary clearance, 2014, they said documentation awaited, farmers issue.. And all excuses till 2015, approaching builder in 2016 was told project shifting to greater noida west and meeting scheduled with g. Noida authorities, finally after lot of follow up told we are giving cheques 180 days wait, on meeting one director was told we are bankrupt and selling project to other big builder soon to start... Finally found all stupid excuses and cheating people.
