Super Dry — received used product and return status pending since a month

I ordered a shoes worth rs.1799 from a well known brand super dry i recieved the product within 3 days but the product was used and dirty without box cover. I returned the same product which was picked up the very next day of my return request by delhivery team but its almost a month now & i haven't received any refund nor any signs of early refund
