Hi All. I would like to update, that I got trapped with this fake company "Super Tech Trans Logistics Pvt. Ltd.". I wanted to move my car from Chandigarh to Mumbai, and I was approached by Mr. Dinesh (Mobile Number [protected] & [protected]) with an initial quotation of Rs. 12, 000, which was finalized at Rs. 11, 000 (all inclusive).
The car was picked up on 10th August'23 and when it reached Maharashtra border, a new invoice receipt of Rs. 35, 240 was shared with me, and I was forced to pay this amount stating that it will be refunded within 24 hours after border clearance. As, my car was with them, I was left with no option but to adhere to this demand, as I was threatened that if I do not pay the same, the car will be dropped at the border itself, and they will not be responsible thereafter. Due to this constraint, I had to pay this amount and get the car cleared.
On 15th August'23, I was informed that the car has reached Mumbai and the same will be delivered by 16th August'23. However, on 16th August'23 I was informed to pick up the car 55 kms away from my home. I travelled for 2 hours, and finally was able to pick up the car.
The car's petrol roughly (12-15 litres) was extracted and the tank was left empty. I had to first get it re-fuelled. Then, my Rayban glasses were also missing from the car. I was constantly informed on 15th August'23 that the above Rs. 35, 240 will be refunded, but I never received the same.
Dinesh stopped picking my call or respond to messages thereafter. I would advice to refrain from such fake companies and I will officially lodge a complaint as well, in case I don't receive my money back.
