Supercell — Clash of clans in-game purchase, amount debited but offer not recieved

This is to inform you that i made a purchase on clash of clans on 16th April 2021. I have not received the offer nor the amount is credited back. The purchase amount is ₹89. Kindly, refund the amount back to the account at the earliest.
