The product is not working and the earphone got along with it is also useless. Both products are defective. Neither of them is working. This product isnt original too!! Its duplicate. I want all my money back immediately. The earphone says power on and immediately say power off. It dosent even connect to the phone and i charged it with the powerbank i bought then after 1 hour of charging the powerbank got discharged but the earphone is still off. Please help me out.
