We booked a flat in eco village -2 in the year 2010 and m/s supertech promised to deliver the flat by 2013, we paid the money as per their requirement. Later due to court order m/s supertech had to surrender the part of ev-ii back to farmers and at that time chairman office of supertech requested us to not to withdraw the money from them and offered us a flat in eco village -1 with a condition that there will be no change in cost due to area or any other reason. We accepted their proposal and redone the agreement on april 2013, for a flat in eco village - i with almost same price except some plc charges. This time they promised to deliver the flat by march 2015 and we kept paying them as per their demand note. We paid them all the money except payment at possession stage (Rs 141, 000). I kept following up with their crm team regarding delivery of flat and they kept asking some more time.in july 2018 they sent us a letter stating intimation of pre possession and a demand note of rs 14lakhs against due amount of rs. 1.41 lakhs. They have claimed additional compensation for farmers and labour welfare charges which we agreed to pay however they have also claimed rs. 3.3lakhs letter interest on ev-ii payment without any details. They have also claimed an amount of rs 4 lakhs as escalation charges. Surprisingly, they did not calculate compensation to customer due to delay from their side as per agreement. We have sent them a detailed mail clarifying all the points mentioned by them as they did not go through the past communication and agreement but as formality sent letter to us. We sent them reply in the same month but they kept silent despite our repeated requests to resolve the issue and now in the month of september they have revised the same demand note to rs 6 lakhs which is also not as per agreement and past communication.
The actual demand is rs, 137, 800, which includes extra money for 3kva power, power back up, (As per agreement they need to provide free but they have claimed the same) compensation for farmers, water charges and labour welfare charges, advance maintenance + taxes)
They have people in customer care who keep sending mails but no resolution.
With this note i want to stretch attention of their management to find out a solution amicably.
