Bought Unit 931, in Supernova Astralis, Sec. 94, Noida under assured return Plan in the name of my Son. As per offer plan 40% payment made in November, 2015. Agreement also got signed. Till date, nothing heard about assured return amount from the Company. Came to know an MOU is signed for this. I have not received any communication in this regard, which means the process has not started yes. Kindly take up suitably. Useless project with useless management.
no body reply to complaints.
cheques of assured return are returned due to insufficient funds.
DONT INVEST IN ANY OF SUPERTECHS PROJECT.

The above issue was resolved after some time and started getting post dated cheques regularly and are being cleared by bank also.

I also have a virtual space in supertech astralis commercial property. For the past 3 years no assured rent is coming . They do not reply to the email . Pl help me being a senior citizen
