The company is service company and i called them for my refrigerator repair one guy came in my place on 22/11/2019 and they told me your refrigerator P.C.B is not working then we asked him for repair the but he told i have to take to my office and i will repair the P.C.B and give you back after that he took 2 to 3 days to repair the things and charged me 4200 rs for repair so we asked for warranty he told me 6 month warrant you will get with proper bill and they gave me bill of Supra care company name after 15 days my fridge is not working properly so we called the company told them story so the company guy told me the same guy come and do the needfull and get it done, so they send us his number also .
so we called him but he was not able to picked the call on that day we tried multiple times after 3 to 4 days he told me i will come tommorrrow and check and let you know what the issue he came and same issue was there P.C.B was not working and he repeat the same story after 1 month same issue was there so we called them again directly and told him to come but he have some personal issue then he told me i in village and once i will back i will get it odne so we are ready to let go.and in the month of march the lockdown was started so everything was stuck and in the month of august now called them to come then company and guys both are not ready to pick up our call and we approach other guys so the guy told me the P.C.B is not working we cant repair so we aksed him for new one so he told me take original one with the same company the guy was genuine so he gave us advice the new one price is so lesser than repair one i cant beleive so once again i approache supra care and same guy to refund my money but they are not ready to refund the amount.
