Suprema Cooperative Housing Society Limited — unauthorised charges other than maintenance charges

I'm resident of suprema cooperative housing society, palava the society is charging unauthorised charges in the name of civic governance charges which is rs. 1605/- per flat which is very high other than maintenance charges and also society is charging a penalty for installing videocon d2h and force me to use their recommended services also apart from several intimation society has not provided the share certificate.
