Dear Sir, I have purchased a set of progressive glasses of your brand. From HB OPTICALS KIDWAI NAGAR KANPUR. (see attachment ) The set of glasses not suiting my near vision .Despite repeated visits to the shop my problem stands. The shop keeper seems to have replaced glasses with unbranded one.I'm tired.
