I purchased an ac from the group, and have purchased it for last 8 years. The ac was purchased on june 2nd - delivery and installation had to happen today. I was confidently told. It will get closed on june 3rd, in the afternoon. After multiple follow ups, finally ac was delivered at 8: 55 pm on june 3rd. My brother had to reach the store to ask for the delivery. Until 08:00 pm, the ac was not also loaded onto the auto. This is sheer bad experience for a long time customer. My brother had to be off work, to get this done. However, at 10:30 i was denied that ac cannot be installed after i had wasted 12 hours. Additionally, calling them multiple times was a problem??? Seriously?
Just because we have immense sale, let us not charge customers for installation, and not provide the service in time. This is my last purchase from your guys, and i will seriously want this product to be returned back to the store. This was the most pathetic service from the dealer. Was this information helpful? |
