Sure 4 Visa Overseas — Company shut their office

Its been now 5 months since I have paid 6500 INR as registration money via NEFT on Spetember 12, 2016 to Sure 4 Visa Overseas company situated at Unit No. 1, Lala Wazir tower, Prabhat Chowk, Ludhiana, India.

As per committed Job Offer in Canyon Creek Food Company based in Edmonton, Canada. At first it all started well but they started ignoring my phone calls also sometimes giving excuses for delaying the process. Mid of November they told me that I have to go for Medical Examination in Delhi diagnostic center in Chandigarh and for that amount will be 7500 INR which was reimbursed in Companies Med Insurance, Meanwhile I have asked to give some written proof of Job offer they said We are in process of doing that but Canadian officials of ours are delaying it.

At last in initial December, 2016 they have called me to tell that your job letter is ready but due to Demonetization in India it couldn't be notarized and for that I have to pay INR 4000 to us.

after all this I have visited their office location in Mid January and found that the office was there but it was shutdown within night and nearby offices told me that we have no idea where they have gone because within a night they are gone.

I know you guys tell me that why I have not visited their office before ? somewhere in my mind the thing stuck that what if they are true although I am an IT professional so its hard to get the time for all this.

If things not go well then I have go for litigation and police complaints for these guys.
