Dear Sir, I’m Surender.R, I bought a new Hero Splendor Bike in April 2019. I have been paying it in installments for 17 months in Indusind Bank from last May-2019 to Oct-2020 (Due to Covid-19 for 3 months April, May, June I did not pay as per RBI, I paid 15 months). But the bank employee says he is not currently paying for the month of August-2020. But I have already paid the August-20 monthly installment on September 30th through cash Payment Rs.4, 500/- (Google Pay) and I Received message in my mobile.
