I have applied new ration card ( My Aplication No -3255/11) as on[protected] in METTUR DAM. The govt. saying that all new ration card will be issued with in 60 days. But still i am waiting.. Almost 4 year 4month(1580 days) and also I got same aknowledgement in our Mettur Taluk as on Dated 08/08/2014.Untill no response also. while asking to them in taluk office they always says "that person not available now, so you come tomarrow" only. i called consumer help line also..when i call always rings go on and call ended. I dont know..what the govt doing...its tamil nadu govt has all the facility like online, on call evrything but no response.. I need very urgent my reson card for in my child school joining & cummunity certificate etc.it is more frustrating the citizens.
