This is to intimate you about the illegal construction happening at the property of : plot no d-61, flat no 401, shivam apartments, bharat vihar dwarka.
This builder flat has a construction till 3 floors. How ever the owner of 3rd floor (2 bhk) mr. Suresh punia has illegally constructed a full fledged apartment on the roof top. This has been a cause of constant nuisance and disturbance for the entire house holds of the complete building, as not only the construction has been happening throughout 24 hours but also is causing damage to the property of the entire building.
The building people are suffering terribly due to the same but are hesitant to confront the responsible person, as he is a government official working with delhi traffic police as he constantly misbehaves with everyone on the basis of the authority endowed by the government to him.
