Vide Order ID: [protected] I placed my order on 11 Oct, 2018 for 02 unit of Prestige PKGSS 1.7 L 1500 W Stainless Steel Electric Kettle, for an amount o[censored]nit price Rs.787/-.
After 4 days without any fault from my side, Snapdeal cancelled my order, whereas I was paid my amount. After paying my amount the product was mine and snapdeal was taken my full amount in to their financial account.
This is clear-cut cheating by Snapdeal me, if the product was not available, then why this deal was shows on portal during peak season time. Seller agreement is not signed with customers so any default from seller shall be liability of Snapdeal Co. only. Such negligence and looses of my opportunity on other online shopping platform are giving me very much harassment and tense. I was purchased my product on your website after a wasting of long time for getting best price of this product but Snapdeal has failed my hard work for procurement of above item. This is totally unacceptable from your side. By this incident, I have lost promo coupon amount, I have lost 15% cashback offer, I have lost my time, I have lost usage of my money during order and cancellation time, I have taken unnecessary tension by this order. These are only on account of negligent working of M/s Snapdeal Co. (online shopping, M/s snapdeal.com).
I am not agreed upon your reply and cancellation of my order.
By this message, I hereby serve you this notice for immediate fullfill of Obiligation of M/s Snapdeal.com, otherwise I shall have not way to got my products through Consumer Forum (Court). Please note that all the expenses on account of any legal or other activities on account of above case shall solely be responsibility of your company.
