[Resolved]  Suresh Tiwari — fake flats for sale portraying government agent

I wanted to purchase a house 5 years back and i met mr suresh tiwari through another agent. He told me that he has few flats in sra/mmrda projects those were made for chandshahwalidargah area people near iit powai but since those people are not shifting and flats are vacant goverment has decided to sell the flats on govt. Rates. Since govt. Directly cannot sell i am the authorised agent. After seeing the sample flat near knajurmarg station. He made me hurry an pay 15 lacs and after that he told me that there is one problem you will have to act as if you are staying in one of the shanty as the surveyor belongs to third party. Since i had paid money and had no option went with him sat with him like highly poor but all in vain this man never returned the money nor flat its been 5 years i had lodged a complaint in powai as well as saki naka police station... But police kept calling me like criminal and only once powai police called and warned him in front of me. Sakinaka police never called him nor was an fir registered. I agree police was polite and tried to cooperate but one strict warning or calling him ofter would have made him straight. This fellow kept giving me money slowly and till now he is still giving me every month i have to visit his house 4 times and call him atleast 50 times then i receive money in bits and pieces like the last amount after great followup was rs 8000/- which is peanuts... This was i have spent that that small amount coming to me and also house prices have risen so high now i cannot even dream to buy a house of my own... Mr suresh tiwari is a big cheater. He will never be home and will make his daughter in law wait at home and reply and they are strong in shouting back to us.. Saying he is not there what can we do suresh tiwari has given you money take from him. His son shyam tiwari also keeps assuring you but then when we call our calls are not received or blocked. Please be aware of this fraud person. He is sweet talker and you will never come to know his intentions. He looks very religious but do not fall into his trap or your hard earned money is gone. He will tell police mera kuch nahi bigad sakti dekhlo... Which seems true in my case.
