Suresh — to retrieve my lost reg no and password of the employment exchange

I have lost the user id and password to renew my employment registration under tnvelaaivappu.gov.in. Now i have lost my employment card too and so not known of the registration renewal date. Please help me in this regard which will be more grateful.
