Giving a seat in a 3rd a/c ab1 seat no. 20 that was a full 3rd a/c couch, tt have told me that you will get refund of difference between in nahsik. he had giving me a letter to submit to reservation counter, nashik, but when i went the nashik office they have told me that there was couch ab1 in the train so we can give a difference to back you have to compliant to mumbai office.
Ir, there was 3 people reservation the seat but actulay in this case in this train 3rd a/c seat no 20. there was 4 people seat & still they cannot giving me a refund.in nashikroad reservation counter they have giving me a letter. i am submit a scan copy following
1) my 2nd a/c ticket
2) tt letter use as gc
3) one copy nashik road reservation counter
Sir please help me, to get difference money back
