Dear sir
This is to being to your notice that Ms Balwinder Kaur of above mentioned suvidha centre acted very rudely. I stood at counter -3 for 4 hours, and when i asked about approximate time it is gonna take, she became furious. She then deliberately delayed my certificate process citing non functional suvidha centre system. She then giggles with lady at counter -2 .
This type of behaviour is not at all appreciated. Suvidha centre was made tp provide suvidha to people and not for posing problems.
Such type of employees do not deserve to working at suvidha centres.
It is therefore requested that appropriate action may be taken against Ms Balwinder Kaur.
